Hello Earth!

google earth icon Google Earth Rules. It’s as simple as that.  This site is inspired and fueled by the awesome technology we call Google Earth.  I’m finally going to put those hours and hours of GE flying to good use…and map my favorite mountain biking trails in Arizona, as well as other I’ve ridden, and ones I plan to ride.

I’ve been riding a bike for as long as I can remember, from training wheels to BMX to mountain with a short stint of road in the mid 80s. Road just never stuck with me like the mountains.  I’ve never been into riding for the excercise, it’s all about the thrill, the adreneline, the sense of accomplishment from cleaning a wicked technical ascent and the mind clearing rush from those decents that sanitize your brain from any kind of day-to-day thoughts…. I ride simply because I have to.  When I can’t ride I get this anxious feeling that tears at me until I’m back on the trail.  Call me obsessed, call me addicted.  Call me anything you want, just don’t call me while I’m on the trail, you’ll never reach me.
