I ride this trail from end to end a few days every week. I ride it for exercise and for the nice mornings out in the desert with the coyotes and javelina keeping me company. There are a few technically challenging spots to make it interesting and the ups and downs make for a great cardio workout. I avoid it on weekends as it does get pretty crowded. When a hiker steps off the trail for ya, say thanks, they are not required to give way. Be nice! It’s contagious!
